1. Refund Policy

a) The course fee will be refunded only if the MDPA is obliged to cancel a training batch under exceptional circumstances/ unforeseen cases. The MDPA will make the refund to the same payment card for online payments. All other refund will normally be made by bank transfer or by bank cheque.

b) In case a participant has paid for the DPC training and is unable to follow the course, he/she may request the MDPA to assign his/her seat to another person.

All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. MDPA does not store or retain your card details on its servers. The payment process is handled by a certified third-party provider to ensure the highest level of security.

Your personal data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised personnel. MDPA ensures appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

e) Data Sharing

MDPA does not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases

  • with trusted service providers for the purpose of processing registration and payments
  • with the University of Mauritius, for applicant who opt to sit for the DPC exam. Only relevant personal information will be shared for exam administration purposes
